Рослинні організми зазнають постійного впливу зовнішніх чинників різноманітної природи, які здатні змінювати перебіг низки фізіологічних і біохімічних процесів і, як наслідок, позначатися на рості й розвитку рослин, а також на реалізації їхнього генетичного потенціалу. Дослідження метаболомного профілю рослин сої на фоні протруювання насіння стандак топом і февером та інокуляції ризобіями дає змогу визначити зміни у біологічній системі, спричинені обробкою насіння фунгіцидами. Метою роботи був аналіз загального вмісту основних груп низькомолекулярних сполук коренів сої та розгляд їх динаміки за обробки насіння фунгіцидами февер, стандак топ й інокуляції Bradyrhizobium japonicum 634б. Використано мікробіологічні, фізіологічні, біохімічні та статистичні методи досліджень. Під час проведення аналізу мас-спектрів метаболітів коренів сої встановлено, що за дії фунгіцидів февер і стандак топ збільшується вміст багатоатомних спиртів у фазах примордіальних і двох трійчастих листків. При цьому в період формування й активного функціонування бобово-ризобіального симбіозу (фази розвитку двох-трьох трійчастих листків) стандак топ чинив вираженіший ефект, ніж февер. Зазначено, що фунгіциди впродовж ранніх етапів розвитку сої істотно впливають на накопичення органічних кислот у коренях рослин, що супроводжується значним збільшенням їх вмісту в період розвитку першого (за дії обох фунгіцидів) і двох трійчастих листків (за обробки стандак топом), це може бути зумовлено залученням їх у формування захисних реакцій рослин на дію стресора. Простежено поступове зростання відсоткового вмісту цукрів протягом вегетації рослин у варіантах, де насіння обробляли февером, із найбільшим їх вмістом (34,12 %) у фазу розвитку трьох трійчастих листків. За обробки стандак топом найбільше цукрів (30,55 %) накопичувалось у фазу розвитку першого трійчастого листка. Ми припустили, що відсоток цукрів у загальному пулі метаболітів збільшувався, зокрема внаслідок зменшення відсоткового вмісту органічних кислот. Найвищий вміст амінокислот у контрольних рослинах і за обробки февером зафіксовано у фазу розвитку двох трійчастих листків, що відповідає періоду активного формування кореневих бульбочок, збільшенню їхньої маси й посиленню фіксації атмосферного азоту, чим створюються умови для забезпечення подальшого ефективного функціонування бобово-ризобіального симбіозу. Отже, ми з’ясували, що ступінь і характер вираженості дії фунгіцидів залежав від фази розвитку рослин і природи протруйника. Застосування феверу і стандак топу спричинювало певні зміни вмісту низки сполук (спиртів, органічних кислот, цукрів, амінокислот) упродовж вегетації, які можна розглядати як складові комплексу реакцій на дію стресового чинника та адаптаційних процесів у рослинно-бактеріальній системі.
