Генетико-біохімічні характеристики селекційного матеріалу моркви м'ясистої

Проаналізовано прояв генів морфотипу у вихідних батьківських компонентів зразків моркви м’ясистої. У вихідних адаптивних сортів донорів для селекції виявлено гени, що визначають форму коренеплоду (сf, I-сf) та його кінчика (Bf, bf, I-bf), забарвлення шкірки коренеплоду (Wph, Wph1, Orph, orph1) та його серцевини (Wx, Vx, Orx, orx1). Наведено дані щодо прояву генів у гібридів F1 від схрещування дикої і культурної моркви, проаналізовано розподіл різновидів ботанічної класифікації за їх дією. Генетично визначено батьківські компоненти, що забезпечили прояв гетерозисного ефекту нових гібридів. Генотипи розподілено за формою сегментів листка (Lan, Lan1), забарвленням пелюсток квітки (G, G1). Доведено ефективність використання явища цитоплазматичної чоловічої стерильності (ЦЧС) у гетерозисній селекції моркви м’ясистої (ген Spcyt M), на основі якого розроблено пришвидшені методи селекції ліній стерильних (А), фертильних (С) і закріплювачів (В). Запропоновано вдосконалену класифікацію форм будови квітки у стерильної рослини. Створено лінійний і гібридний матеріал (стерильні лінії та закріплювачі, фертильні й гібриди F1) з підвищеним вмістом антиоксидантних речовин.
