ЦИТОГЕНЕТИЧНА АКТИВНІСТЬ ЗАБРУДНЕНИХ РАДІОНУКЛІДАМИ ПОВЕРХНЕВИХ ВОДОЙМ ЗОНИ ВПЛИВУ ХВОСТОСХОВИЩА УРАНОДОБУВНОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОСТІ

Проведено цитогенетичний аналіз клітин кореневої меристеми пшениці озимої м’якої (Triticum aestivum L.), насіння якої було пророщене за умов впливу забруднень природними радіонуклідами води і донних відкладів водойм зони впливу хвостосховища уранодобувної про­мисловості. Частота хромосомних аберацій в 1,3—4,4 раза перевищувала спонтанний рівень. Спектр типів цитогенетичних порушень переважно формують ацентричні фрагменти і мости. Підвищена частота клітин з множинними абераціями за умов впливу радіонуклідів водойм свідчить про їх високу мутагенну активність, яка частково може бути зумовлена особливістю реакції-відповіді системи відновлення радіаційно індукованих цитогенетичних порушень у діапазоні малих доз опромінення.
