Активність нітратредуктази у біотехнологічних рослин тютюну за дії інгібіторів ферменту

Нітрати в рослинах можуть відновлюватись лише за участі ферменту нітратредуктази (НР). Методом клітинної селекції із застосуванням летальних доз вольфрамату й ванадату, що пригнічують активність НР, отримано стійкі клітинні лінії тютюну та регенеровано рослини. Визначено активність НР у листках. За нормальних умов активність НР у регенерантів була в 2—3 рази вищою, ніж у рослин дикого типу, а також проявлялася на досить високому рівні за культивування їх за наявності у поживному середовищі аніонів вольфраму і ванадію. Обговорено можливі причини отриманих ефектів.
