Динаміка абсцизової кислоти в листках і апікальних меристемах стебла ізогенних за генами Е ліній сої за різної тривалості фотоперіоду

У трирічних польових дослідах вивчали вміст і активність АБК у листках та апікальних меристемах стебла (АМС) короткоденних (КД) та фотоперіодично нейтральних (ФПН) ізогенних за генами Е ліній сої за умов довгого (16 год) і короткого (9 год) фотоперіодів. У листках і АМС усіх ліній впродовж досліду вміст і активність АБК підвищувались незалежно від тривалості фотоперіоду. Однак інтенсивність цього процесу залежала від стану генів Е в генотипі ліній і тривалості фотоперіоду. У ФПН ліній е1Е2е3 та е1е2е3 більше АБК накопичувалось в АМС, ніж у листках, як за довгого, так і короткого фотоперіоду. У КД ліній Е1Е2Е3, Е1е2е3 і ФПН лінії е1е2Е3 вміст і активність гормону за довгого дня були вищими в листках, а за короткого дня, навпаки, в АМС. Оскільки досліджені лінії різняться за станом генів Е, які визначають їх фотоперіодичну чутливість, то, ймовірно, ці гени можуть брати участь у регуляції переходу сої до цвітіння за умов різних фотоперіодів через вплив на вміст і активність, а також баланс АБК в листках та АМС.
