Реакція фотосинтетичного апарату сортів озимої пшениці на комбіновану дію посухи та високої температури

Досліджено реакцію фотосинтетичного апарату прапорцевих листків рослин озимої м’якої пшениці (Triticum aestivum L.) різних сортів на ґрунтову посуху, прогрів при високій температурі та їх сумісну дію як безпосередньо під час культивування рослин за дефіциту вологи, так і у відновний період після зняття впливу водного стресу, для виявлен­ня найбільш інформативних показників адаптивності різних сортів пшениці до несприятливих чинників довкілля. Експерименти проводили на рослинах пшениці сортів Єдність, Подільська нива і Дарунок Поділля, які вирощували в умовах вегетаційного досліду за природних освітлення і температури. В контрольному варіанті впродовж усієї вегетації вологість ґрунту підтримували на рівні 70 % повної вологоємності (ПВ). У період колосіння—цвітіння рослини дослідного варіанта піддавали дії посухи за вологості ґрунту 30 % ПВ протягом семи діб. Після цього поновлювали полив дослідних рослин до рівня контролю. Визначали інтенсивність асиміляції СО2 і транспірації прапорцевого листка контрольних і дослідних рослин за температури 25 і 42 °С, а також відбирали зразки для оцінювання фізіолого-біохімічних показників на першу добу зниження вологості ґрунту до 30 % ПВ, на сьому добу росту рослин за цієї вологості та через тиждень після поновлення оптимального поливу. Встановлено, що в першу добу посухи в листкових пластинках усіх сортів пшениці істотно зростав водний дефіцит, знижувалась інтенсивність асиміляції СО2 і транспірації та виявлялася тенденція до зменшення вмісту хлорофілу в сортів Подільська нива і Дарунок Поділля. На сьому добу посухи водний дефіцит у листкових пластинках усіх сортів зростав іще більше, вміст хлорофілу істотно знижувався, проте ступінь інгібування асиміляції СО2 і транспірації спадав у сортів Єдність, Подільська нива й залишався на тому ж рівні в сорту Дарунок Поділля. На сьому добу після поновлення оптимального поливу, незважаючи на істотно нижчий вміст хлорофілу, інтенсивність фотосинтезу в дослідних рослин відновлювалася до рівня контрольного варіанта. Підвищення температури істотно знижувало інтенсивність асиміляції СО2 у рослин як контрольного, так і дослідного варіантів. Проте на початку періоду посухи ступінь пригнічення фотосинтезу в дослідних рослин був набагато більшим, ніж у контрольних, після семи діб водного стресу — практично однаковим у дослідних і контрольних рослин усіх досліджених сортів, а через сім діб після поновлення оптимального поливу в дослідних рослин навіть меншим, ніж у контрольних, що вказує на формування перехресної стійкості фотосинтетичного апарату до високої температури в рослин за дії посухи. Однією з причин цього може бути виявлене нами підвищення активності антиоксидантних ферментів хлоропластів у листках дослідних рослин. Для фенотипування сортів пшениці за стійкістю до посухи та високої температури найбільш інформативними є розрахунки відношення показників активності фотосинтетичного апарату та продуктивності рослин, підданих дії стресорів, до контрольних значень. За сукупністю визначених нами фізіологічних показників досліджені сорти можна розмістити у такому порядку за підвищенням посухо- і термотолерантності: Дарунок Поділля < Подільська нива < Єдність.
