Біологічно активні речовини Origanum vulgare L.

Визначено якісний склад і кількісний вміст основних компонентів рослинної сировини та ефірної олії материнки звичайної (Origanum vulgare), вирощеної в умовах Полісся України. Встановлено, що ця трава містить, %: 29,6 сухої речовини, 37,24 клітковини, 16,65 протеїну, 3,23 загальних цукрів, 0,23 фосфору, 38,11 мг% аскорбінової кислоти, 1125,3 мг% калію. В ефірній олії О. vulgare ідентифіковано 24 компоненти, серед яких переважали: a-кадинол (14,24 %), гермакрен D (13,76), b-каріофілен (12,23), 1,6-гермакрадієн-5-ол (11,12), епі-a-кадинол (8,56), a-фарнезен (5,75), терпінен-4-ол (3,25), тимол (2,67), цис-сабіненгідрат (1,98), ліналоол (1,35), g-терпінен-транс-оцимен (1,21), гераніол (1,07), нераль (1,02).
