Ідентифікація та ефекти алелів гена Ppd-B1 за господарсько-цінними ознаками рекомбінантно-інбредних ліній

Ідентифіковано генотипи 64 рекомбінантно-інбредних ліній F9 пшениці Оренбурзька 48// Cappelle Desprez/2B Chinese Spring зa aлелями гена Ppd-B1, досліджено вплив алельних відмінностей цього гена на скоростиглість, урожай та його компоненти. У 39 рекомбінант­но-інбредних ліній та лінії Cappelle Desprez/2B Chinese Spring було виявлено домінантний алель Ppd-B1с, у 22 ліній та сорту Оренбурзька 48 — рецесивний алель Ppd-B1b. Встановлено, що наявність у генотипі домінантного алеля Ppd-B1с сприяє скороченню тривалості періоду до колосіння, формуванню вірогідно більших показників коефіцієнта господарського використання, морозостійкості в січні та березні, маси зерна з колоса, маси тисячі зернин та урожаю зерна.
