Хроматографічний аналіз фенольних сполук Tanacetum balsamita L. (Asteraceae) за умов інтродукції в Житомирському Поліссі

Методом високоефективної рідинної хроматографії аналізували надземну частину рослин Tanacetum balsamita L. У результаті виявлено 23 сполуки фенольної природи, з яких ідентифіковано 15, а саме флавоноїди лютеолін, апігенін, діосметин, акацетин, апігенін-7-біозид, акацетин-7-біозид, апігенін-7-глікозид, лютеолін-7-глікозид, діос­метин-7-біозид, діосметин-7-глікозид, діосметин-7-рамнозид та гідроксикоричні кислоти n-кумарова, кавова, хлорогенова, ізохлорогенова. Серед них домінували ізохлорогенова кислота (35 % суми виявлених фенольних сполук), діосметин-7-глікозид (4,76), діосметин-7-біозид (2,64), лютеолін (2,25), діосметин-7-рамнозид (2,17 %). Проведений хроматографічний аналіз фенольних сполук надземної частини Т. balsamita дає підставу вважати ці рослини перспективним джерелом біологічно активних сполук — флавоноїдів і гідроксикоричних кислот.
