Зміни стану фотосинтетичних мембран хлоропластів гороху за короткочасного прогріву

Досліджено особливості зміни стану основних ділянок тилакоїдної системи фотосинтетичних мембран хлоропластів та їх білкового складу після 5-хвилинного прогріву в темряві. У фракціях фрагментів хлоропластів, отриманих у результаті обробки дигітоніном, відмічено різний вміст основних білкових комплексів на фоні зміни розподілу матеріалу. Показано, що короткочасний прогрів у темряві за 25 °С «розпушував» структуру гранальної системи, а прогрів за 45 °С зумовлював ущільнення ділянки стикування тилакоїдів у грані. При цьому площа стикованої частини зменшувалась, що виявилось збільшенням кількості часточок, які відповідають крайовим ділянкам гранальних тилакоїдів.
