Associations between the allelic differences of microsatellite markers (SSR) and genetic polymorphism of the trait «stomatal frequency» (SF) in winter bread wheat recombinant-inbred lines (RIL) population were identified. The cytological analysis of the leaf epidermal stomata, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and statistical calculations were carried out in accordance with generally accepted methods. Genetic diversity in the FS trait of the wheat RIL F7 Luzanivka odeska/Odeska chervonokolosa population was identified. A high significance (Р  0.01) level of dependence of the variation of FS values in the RIL population on the allelic composition at the Xbarc330-5A locus was noted. A significant influence of allelic differences at SSR loci in nine triple combinations of microsatellite loci on the variation of the FS was established. For the purpose of marking the genes that determine the increased FS is reasonable to use one of eight triple combinations of SSR-markers.
