Вплив екзогенної абсцизової кислоти на проростання зернівок і морфометричні показники проростків споріднених видів пшениць Triticum aestivum L. та Triticum spelta

У лабораторних умовах виявлено гальмівний ефект екзогенної абсцизової кислоти (АБК) на проростання зернівок споріднених видів пшениць Triticum aestivum L. та Triticum spelta L. Гормон у концентрації 10-5  і 10-6 М істотно гальмував проростання зернівок озимої пшениці сорту Подолянка. Через 24 год кількість зернівок із чітко вираженим зародковим коренем та захищеною колеоптилем плюмулою в дослідних рослин була вдвічі меншою, ніж у контролі. За інкубації на 10-7 М кількість пророслих зернівок наближалась до контрольного показника і дорівнювала 48 %. Схожість зернівок плівчастого виду T. spelta сорту Франкенкорн, який розглядається як один з імовірних диких попередників м'якої пшениці, була вищою. Наявність луски позитивно впливала на проростання зернівок. Через 24 год кількість зернівок із чітко вираженим зародковим коренем і захищеною колеоптилем плюмулою змінювалась у межах 65—81 %, а гальмівний ефект спостерігався після інкубації на 10-5 М розчині АБК. Виявлено неспецифічні й специфічні риси в реакції проростків T. spelta і T. aestivum на дію екзогенної АБК. Так, зміни довжини органів надземної частини та коренів зафіксовано для обох видів пшениць при вирощуванні зернівок на розчинах усіх концентрацій АБК. Проте ріст і розвиток проростків T. spelta за інкубації зернівок на розчинах АБК на другу та третю добу пригнічувались, натомість T. aestivum —посилювались. Зміни морфометричних показників проростків обох видів пшениць за інкубації зернівок на 10-6 М розчині АБК наближались до контрольних. Істотно відрізнялись види пшениць за накопиченням маси проростків: в озимої пшениці вона збільшувалась при інкубації на 10-6 та 10-7 М розчинах АБК, тоді як у спельти — частково зменшувалась. Найбільший гальмівний ефект спостерігався через 72 год інкубації на 10-5 М розчині АБК. Обговорено можливість використання екзогенної АБК для праймування зернівок з метою підвищення їх стресостійкості.
