Вміст неорганічних елементів у зерні пшениці озимої за контролювання фузаріозу

Досліджено вплив сучасних фунгіцидів класів триазолів, стробілуринів, а також добрив із вмістом мікроелементів та амінокислот на накопичення макро- й мікроелементів у зерні високопродуктивних сортів пшениці озимої. Вміст неорганічних елементів у зразках зерна визначали на мас-спектрометрах з індуктивно зв’язаною плазмою ICP-MS «Agilent 7700w» і «Agilent 7500» із використанням ICP-MS Mass Hunter Work Station. Встановлено, що застосування добрив на основі комплексу мікроелементів (брексил мікс) та на основі гідролізатів водоростей (із вмістом амінокислот) — мегафол у позакореневих обробках істотно не впливає на елементний склад зерна пшениці озимої сортів Смуглянка і Подолянка. З’ясовано, що внесення фунгіцидів альто супер, амістар екстра та магнелло у фазу ВВСН 37 забезпечує найбільшу пролонговану дію для захисту від збудників хвороб. Застосування амістар екстра та магнелло сприяло подовженню вегетації посівів, що може зумовлювати зміни в елементному складі зерна пшениці озимої.
