Влияние предпосевной обработки на состав масла чернушки посевной

Изучено влияние предпосевной обработки электромагнитным излучением (ЭМИ) миллиметрового диапазона длин волн, микроконцентрациями эпина и 5-аминолевулиновой кислоты (АЛК) на состав масла чернушки посевной. Эксперимент проведен с семенами, полученными в 2014—2016 гг. Масло из семян чернушки экстрагировали в аппарате Сокслета. Качественный и количественный его состав определяли методами ГХ и ГХ-МС. Установлено, что масло чернушки посевной, выращенной в Беларуси, содержит миристиновую, пальмитиновую, стеариновую, олеиновую, линолевую, линоленовую, арахиновую, эйкозадиеновую жирные кислоты (ЖК), а также р-цимол, g-терпинен, тимохинон, карвакрол, тимол, юнипен, (+)-изоментол. Содержание ненасыщенных ЖК в зависимости от года культивирования и вида предпосевного воздействия изменялось от 75,3 до 78,9 % общего количества соединений. Максимальное количество приходилось на линолевую кислоту (56,4—61,9 %), далее шли олеиновая (13,4—16,8 %), эйкозадиеновая (2,8—3,6 %) и линоленовая (0,36—0,68 %). Установлено, что химическая предпосевная обработка приводит к повышению содержания тимохинона и p-цимола в семенах чернушки, физическая — к уменьшению количества данных компонентов по отношению к контролю. Выявлена зависимость между содержанием тимохинона и режимом воздействия ЭМИ. Для улучшения качест­ва сырья чернушки предложено использовать предпосевную обработку АЛК в концентрации 10-6 %, которая повышает содержание тимохинона.
