АКТИВНОСТЬ ФЕРМЕНТОВ ГЛУТАМАТСИНТАЗНОГО ПУТИ В РАСТЕНИЯХ TRIFOLIUM PRATENSE L. В УСЛОВИЯХ НЕФТЯНОГО ЗАГРЯЗНЕНИЯ ПОЧВЫ

Рассмотрена проблема техногенного загрязнения почв нефтью и механизмы адаптации растительных организмов к измененным грунтовым условиям. Исследовано влияние нефтяного загрязнения почвы на активность ферментов глутаматсинтазного пути в растениях Trifolium pratense L. Установлено, что глутаминсинтетазная (ГС) активность в условиях загрязненной нефтью почвы на начальных этапах роста повышается как в листьях, так и в корнях клевера лугового. Такое возрастание глутаминсинтетазной активности в растениях на ранней стадии развития (фаза семядольных листьев) может быть связано с необходимостью обеспечения клеток глутаматом, в частности для синтеза пролина. На следующих стадиях — первого настоящего и первого тройчатого листа — угнеталась глутаминсинтетазная и еще существеннее — глутаматсинтазная активность растений. Ингибирование активности ферментов ГС/ГОГАТ пути в растениях клевера лугового в условиях загрязненной нефтью почвы с наступлением следующих фенологических фаз может быть связано с недостатком углеводов. Снижение активности ферментов ГС/ГОГАТ пути рассмотрено не только как результат негативного воздействия условий загрязненной нефтью почвы, но и как один из механизмов регуляции процессов ассимиляции аммония.
