Активность антиоксидантных ферментов в листьях растений ячменя различных геноти- пов при действии почвенной засухи и нитропруссида натрия

Изучали влияние обработки донором оксида азота нитропруссидом натрия (НПН) на активность антиоксидантных ферментов, содержание хлорофилла в листьях и рост растений трех сортов ячменя (Hordeum vulgare L.): Гелиос (сла­бозасухоустойчивый), Козак (умеренно засухоустойчивый) и Мономах (высокозасухоустойчивый). Действие засухи в течение 6 сут (снижение влажности почвы до 25—30 % ПВ) приводило к угнетению накопления биомас­сы растений и снижению содержания хлорофилла. Негативное влияние засухи на биомассу растений заметнее проявлялось у сортов Гелиос и Козак. Засухоустойчивый сорт Мономах отличался более высокой конститутивной активностью антиоксидантных ферментов — каталазы (КАТ), гваяколпероксидазы (ГПО) и аскорбатпероксидазы (АПО). Под влиянием засухи у сорта Гелиос снижалась активность всех трех исследованных антиоксидантных ферментов, у сорта Козак — активность ГПО снижалась, двух других — изменялась незначительно, у сорта Мономах — высокая активность всех ферментов сохранялась. В случае обработки растений всех трех сортов НПН при нормальном увлажнении активность КАТ повышалась существенно, активность АПО — значительно меньше, активность ГПО — почти не изменялась. Предобработка НПН снимала негативное влияние засухи на активность антиоксидантных ферментов наиболее заметно у растений слабозасухоустойчивого сорта Гелиос. Под влиянием донора оксида азота в условиях засухи усиливался рост растений и сохранялось близкое к контролю содержание хлорофилла. Обсуждена роль ферментативной антиоксидантной системы в устойчивости растений к засухе и значение оксида азота в регуляции активности антиоксидантных ферментов.
