ЦИТОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКАЯ АКТИВНОСТЬ ЗАГРЯЗНЕННЫХ РАДИОНУКЛИДАМИ ПОВЕРХНОСТНЫХ ВОДОЕМОВ ЗОНЫ ВЛИЯНИЯ ХВОСТОХРАНИЛИЩА УРАНОДОБЫВАЮЩЕЙ ПРОМЫШЛЕ

Проведен цитогенетический анализ клеток корневой меристемы пшеницы мягкой озимой (Triticum aestivum L.), семена которой были пророщены в условиях влияния загрязнений естественными радионуклидами воды и донных отложений водоемов зоны влияния хвостохранилища уранодобывающей промышленности. Частота хромосомных аберраций в 1,3—4,4 раза превышала спонтанный уровень. Спектр типов цитогенетических нарушений преимущественно формируют ацентрические фрагменты и мосты. Повышенная частота клеток с множественными аберрациями в условиях влияния радионуклидов водоемов свидетельствует об их высокой мутагенной активности, которая частично может быть обусловлена особенностью реакции-ответа системы восстановления ради­ационно индуцированных цитогенетических нарушений в диапазоне малых доз облучения.
