Течение мейоза у растений гибридов F1—F2 T. spelta L. ╳ T. aestivum L.

Исследовано течение мейоза у растений межвидовых гибридов F1—F2 пшеницы Triticum spelta L. w Triticum aestivum L. Установлено, что у простых и беккросных гибридов F1—F2 достоверно большее количество клеток с нарушением мейоза по сравнению с исходными родительскими компонентами. Больше всего клеток с нарушениями мейоза было у простых гибридов первого гибридного поколения. Во втором поколении простых и беккросных гибридов происходила определенная стабилизация гибридных геномов, что проявлялось существенным уменьшением количества клеток с нарушениями.
