Влияние Agrobacterium rhizogenes-опосредованной трансформации на содержание биологически активных соединений в трансгенных корнях Artemisia vulgaris L.

Определено содержание артемизинина и фруктанов в культуре трансгенных корней Artemisia vulgaris L. и антиоксидантную активность (АОА) экстрактов этих корней. Трансформация осуществлена диким штаммом Agrobacterium rhizogenes А4 и агробактериями, которые несли ген интерферона-a2b человека (ifn-a2b). Линии трансгенных корней А. vulgaris значительно отличались по содержанию биологически активных соединений: артемизинина (0,237—1,020 и 0,687 мг/г сухого вещества соответственно в трансгенных линиях и контроле) и фруктанов (32—136 и 264 мг/г сухого вещества соответственно в трансгенных линиях и контроле), однако не отличались по уровню АОА, которая колебалась в пределах 55—74 % в трансгенных линиях при 66 % в контроле. Эти данные подтвердили, что методом А. rhizogenes-опосредованной трансформации можно получить трансгенные корни А. vulgaris с повышенным содержанием артемизинина — соединения с антималярийными свойствами.
