Связь реакции фотосинтетических показателей и зерновой продуктивности на почвенную засуху в контрастных по устойчивости сортов озимой пшеницы

В условиях вегетационного опыта изучали влияние умеренной почвенной засухи в период колошения—цветения на показатели СО2- и Н2О-газообмена и содержания хлорофилла во флаговых листьях сортов озимой пшеницы разной засухоустойчивости и их связь с зерновой продуктивностью. Ингибирование фотосинтетической активности и уменьшение со­держания хлорофилла при действии засухи сопровождались снижением зерновой продуктивности растений. Выявлена тесная положительная корреляционная связь (r = 0,78…0,97) между содержанием хлорофилла, интенсивностью транспирации и фотосинтеза и зерновой продуктивностью пшеницы исследуемых сортов. Установлено, что изменения фотосинтетических показателей при умеренной почвенной засухе характеризуют устойчивость сорта и могут служить маркерами засухоустойчивости.
